I provide the Operator with my personal data for the following purposes:

● implementation of customer support;

By this consent, I express my consent to such an instruction to the Operator.

The consent can be withdrawn by me by sending a written application indicating my surname, name, patronymic (if any), subscriber number (mobile phone number) provided through the Website to the Operator at the Operator's address 127299, Moscow, st. Bolshaya Akademicheskaya, 24 and (or) at the Operator's e-mail address indicated on the Operator's Website https://bis-shop.com
