Our recruitment process
Initial interview
After carefully reviewing the applicaiton, we invite the short-listed candidates to an initial interview with our Recruiter. The interview can be either online, or in-person, depending on the candidate's location.Reference checking
It is our policy to contact former employers for a reference. We require all candidates to provide at least two reference contacts along with the application.- Offer of employmentOnce all preliminary steps are completed, we send the applicant an offer letter.
- On-boarding processWe make sure that all our new hires have everything needed before they commence their new role. We provide all information about the job role, Moscow and the work environment before and upon their arrival.
